Riana Rouge II is due in time for Christmas, so be sure to visit regularly for news of the game.

Riana Rouge stars Black Dragon founder and executive producer, Playboy's Miss April 96, Gillian Bonner in the title role. "Titles in the Black Dragon series will address a distinct gap which currently exists in the market for consumers who are seeking high quality, alternative entertainment," states Bonner. "By utilizing the latest technology, strong character/story development and fresh talent, Black Dragon titles will provide a new genre of products for a burgeoning market.

The Riana Rouge story line guides the character through four exotic worlds, each with its own adventures and dangers. Riana must make real life choices in order to not only survive but to gain essential qualities such as inner strength, self control, self esteem, compassion, and trust. Having successfully navigated through these worlds and the more than thirty puzzles contained within them, Riana faces her final challenge. The outcome depends upon the wisdom of her choices throughout the game.

Riana Rouge incorporates a host of new talent in order to bring the setting and storyline to life. Rock trio, bloom, has created all the sound effects and music on the title. The band is made up of three, classically trained jazz musicians who are nationally for their energetic music similar to the Smashing Pumpkins or the Pixies. The title also features upcoming actress and digital artist Heather Lawler, who not only co-stars, but is also one of Black Dragon's star artists on Riana Rouge.

A staff of artists including former students of the prestigious Ringling School of Art and Design, has created the four lush and dramatic computer generated environments, seamlessly integrated with live action and animated, three dimensional characters. One amazing element of Riana Rouge is the innovative interface, 'The Emotivator', created by Bonner. This interface design allows players to react with appropriate emotions in critical situations in order to move forward in the storyline. This unique tool takes the form of a jeweled pendant. Users choose a colored jewel, each associated with a different emotion. Becoming a more evolved person through each decision is the ultimate goal for the Riana Rouge player.

Gameplay
The Emotivator RRI's Emotivator was designed as an improvement on the text-based user interface found in games such as LucasArts' FULL THROTTLE, which offers only one specific right answer. The Emotivator provides interactivity with more depth, tapping directly into the motivations and emotions of the main character, offering one or two right choices and a generic and specific wrong choice. In addition, the Player has six opportunities to click and receive more descriptive audio in the form of RIANA's thoughts. The Emotivator choices/emotions/actions are: Seek, Surrender, Seduce, Aggression, Fear and Deceive. There are two to five Emotivator situations per world (except for MIDWORLD, the transition point between worlds). Inventory Puzzles In each world, the Player is required to gather objects in his inventory to use for solving puzzles. RRI will give the Player the ability to magnify, examine and manipulate necessary items. Time-based Puzzles The solving of these puzzles will depend on clicking specific objects within a certain amount of time. Traditional Logic Puzzles The Player must solve computer generated logic puzzles that take over the entire screen and sometimes involve inventory, using common sense and clues supplied in the narrative and in the environments. AUDIO Apart from music and sound effects specific to each world, almost all objects that can be clicked on in any environment will furnish an audio response: humor, clues, hints or exposition.
